Domain Renewals:

If you have a .uk domain registered by us on your behalf, we will notify you 30 days before expiry and again 7 days before expiry to confirm that you wish to renew the domain name. It is important you respond to us to renew to avoid any interruption of services conected to the domain name. For full details , please see our Domain Terms and Conditions

Domain Transfers and Terminations:

If you wish to transfer your domain name to us, please contact us. This service is free of charge and you may be asked for our Registrar TAG which is MANCHESTERBUS

If you wish to transfer your domain name to another registrar, then this is free of charge to customers who have had a domain registered with us for the initial two year period. We can effect this transfer for you using our Registrar account with Nominet. You may also terminate your domain name at any time by informing us you wish to do so. There is no charge for termination.

In all cases of transfer and termination, we regret that no refunds can be made for unexpired registration time.

We will acknowledge any complaint within one working day of receipt and will then help you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.

We will investigate your report and aim to respond within 24 hours.
